The Neckar, Capt. J. C. Meyer, left yesterday (Tuesday) for New YOrk with the English, French and German mails, a full complement of passengers, and a large general cargo; also French jewelry value 69,000f.  Among the passengers were Mr. J.W. Ellis, Miss Potter, Mr. Russell, Mr. C. Maynard, Mr. F.A. Lohmeyer, Mr. W.W. Luebbe, Mr. J.W. Hespenheide, Mr. A. Babb, &c.
